ARRIVAL:
Please report to the INFORMATION CENTER located at the Gazebo before unloading your vehicle. You will be given your parking passes and any last minute information.
ALL VEHICLES must be moved immediately after unloading (we have a section set aside for Fair participants). The parking pass will get you free parking and we may ask to see your pass as any time during your loading in or out. Please keep it handy.
ALL EVENT PERSONNEL ARE INSTRUCTED TO REPORT VEHICLES NOT PROPERLY PARKED OR NOT DISPLAYING PROPER PASS WHICH WILL RESULT IN A VEHICLE BEING TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE!.
FOOD VENDORS:
You must be set up by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2011 for inspection. The Florida Health Department will inspect you before you can open. You must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Apopka, the Apopka Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Apopka as additionally insured in the amount of $1 million - $2 million. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO VEHICLES, EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES, WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY AND 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ON SUNDAY. If anyone wants to load in late or load out early, they will need to carry their gear from/to their vehicle.
LICENSING:
All crafters/vendors/food vendors (profit or non-profit) are required to comply with all Florida Department of Health permits and any and all required licensing.
MARKETING:
Unless you are a FAIR SPONSOR. YOU ARE NOT permitted to engage in marketing anywhere in the Fair area. This includes flyers, signage, characters, or any other form of branding.
MONEY COLLECTION:
All crafters and vendors are responsible for collecting applicable Sales Tax on any collected monies. The Fair Committee will not have facilities for the safe storage of valuables. The Apopka Police Department will be on the premises continuously from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon.
All crafters/vendors/food vendors (profit or non-profit) are required to comply with all Florida Department of Health permits and licensing.
OPEN TIMES:
All crafter/vendor sites must be open and staffed on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
SETUP:
Vendors & Crafters: Friday, March 9th 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10th before 9:00 a.m. ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN THE PARK DURING FAIR HOURS.
SPACE:
The Apopka Fair Committee is supplying you with a 10” x 10” site. You must supply any cover, tables, chairs or display materials and they (including tent stays) must fit within the space allowed unless you reserve more than one contiguous space.
UPGRADES: Upon arrival Crafters and Vendors may ask for relocation to a site that is open and available. This will be handled at the Information Center located at the Gazebo.
ALL DECISIONS OF THE FAIR COMMITTEE ARE FINAL
